Saraswatichandra 19th March 2013 Written Update
Saras is upset at Kumud's words ,(when she asks him to speak out and not hide anything in his heart ) and he just puts on his shirt and leaves. His silence speaks out everything. Kumud is worried.
1.Guman hits a sixer AngryDead. Guman calls Kumud's residence and Dukh baa picks up the phone and Guman immediately recognises her voice and she says that she can sense the same bitterness in Dukh baa's voice who recognises the tone and retorts that she can sense the same bazaarupan in Guman's voice too (I'm not sure what this means but I'm sure it is something insulting herLOL)
She taunts that they are playing with Saras by reminding him of those past memories which have been so bitter to him ,which she says was not right on their part (Ya right,as if you careDead) and adds that she knows that Dukh baa had taken care of Saras initially after his mother's death but that now Saras is her son,and apparently Saras is her future and she threatens them not to weaken him by reminding him of the past ! Dukh baa is furious but is unable to say anything ! Her eyes dilate with anger ! She continues,asking if just because Dukh baa wasnt able to prevent LN from marrying her,was she trying to take Saras away (How childish is that Dead) and she insults her saying that she is a very small minded woman and warns her not to trouble Saras in any way and keeps the phone! Angry
Hats off to Monica in this scene ! Her expressions,the evil smile on her face,the delivery of the dialogues,everything was perfect !Clap And Dukh Baa,her eyes expressed her anger,what she had to say,she just showed through her facial expressions! Clap
Dukh Baa is still upset but just then Saras comes there (She has her back to him) and he has come to thank her ,not only for the previous day but also in the past when she had taken care of him and he thanks her and he calls out "Mai" and tells her how he misses seeing his mother's face so much and how he is unable to tell this to anyone since he feels no one would understand how he feels but he says maybe she would be able to understand him and he adds that he doesnt want to be wounded anymore and implores her to help! Awwee ! Cry.
The innocence on his face,the gratitude,this was the true Saras who had always wanted someone to care for him,to love him,to say a kind word to him,to be there for him. But by this time the damage was done,no thanks to the Churail Angry and Dukh Baa is deeply affected by her words about how Saras is only her son and all and how she had warned her not to remind him of his mom and weaken him further and she refuses to help him,telling that Saraswati's son is no more and that he is Guman's son ,every word a blow to him,and that Guman's son cannot be trusted CrySaras is devastated,the one person who he had thought would understand him,was hurting him with each word Cry
The shock and betrayal on his face as he slowly walks back,remembering her words,was heart rendingCry He storms out of the house. Kumud sees all this.
2.Saras stars doing intense physical work,he starts ploughing the land,pain etched on his face,remembering Dukh Baa's words,of how his father had forced the marriage proposal on him,of how he had told his mother that he was her son,grief and anger mixed ,the strongest two emotions and he is lost in thoughts ,when Kumud who comes in search of him,sees him.
She runs to him,urging him to stop,to not hurt himself more,but remembering her own words of how he was not to be trusted and all,makes him more furious and he orders her to leave! Kumud says that she had made a mistake and she was even apologetic and initially she had sympathised to him but now she pities him and that he is so hell bent on remembering the past and being affected by it and not trying to move on and thus he cannot even forgive her (each word stinging him Ouch) and she adds that she was right in her judgement of him and that he is a really selfish manErmm
Kumud was unnecessarily harsh with him in this scene and it shows how she completely misunderstood his reason for his silence in that scene . I really felt bad for him Cry
Saras is not able to take it anymore,his anger and frustration has reached the peak and he grabs hold of her hand,hurting her,and she says that it was her mistake of asking him to come here and his eyes widen in anger and he replies that he would leave forever and he lets go of her hand in one fluid motion,anger in every fibre of his being.
Kumud replies that for a relationship to be broken there should be one and since there isnt any ,it doesnt mean anything and she goads him more by saying that his letter had clearly indicated that he considers relationships as a burden to which Saras replies that yes she is right,neither did they have any relationship nor would they ,in the future and now he hurts her by saying that his decision of not marrying her was right.
Kumud is about to leave,when he tells her that there is no point running away every time and he adds that when he had come here first,he had wanted to apologise to her,for he had thought that he had hurt her feelings but the truth is that her EGO HAS BEEN HURT hence she had called him here. He continues that he had only wanted to come say sorry to her and adds that she has proved to him that their relationship is like the KITE ,it being there or not there does not not make any difference.
They part ways.

Kumud goes back to her house,and goes to Saras's room ,Saras's words haunting her and she closes her eyes to stop them.Then in a fit of anger,she goes and starts packing his suitcase,giving him what he wanted. Then suddenly she sees the fan,with which she had fanned him that night and she stops ,her face softens as she remembers but the hard mask of anger takes its place again and she resumes packingOuch
(Dukh Baa is now fully against Saras ,which is just what Guman wanted while VC tries vainly to reason with her but he warns her that he would not let SARAS get caught in between this. )
Meanwhile in the field, Saras remembers all the moments spent with her,both of them upset.

Precap-Kumari tells Saras how Kumud had dreamt of his eyes and he is surprised ,just then ,when he comes out of the room,he sees Kumud!
